School Fees

Students are not charged an instructional fee as a condition of enrollment in school or as a condition of attendance in any class that is considered part of the academic portion of Eagle County School District's educational program, except tuition when allowed by law. However, ECSD requires students to pay for expendable materials above the basic requirement, athletic/activity fees, and miscellaneous fees for field trips.

Fees are waived or reduced for students who qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch.

Students are required to provide provide instructional supplies including paper, pencils, tape, scissors, glue, notebooks, etc. Students have the option of purchasing such items as t-shirts, yearbooks, field trips, learn-to-ski, and projects from art and shop class.

Students participating in extra curricular and co-curricular activities programs pay an annual participation fee. Students with financial need may request a waiver of the fee through the principal of the school.
