Fifth Day Activities (Wednesdays)
Alpine Arts Center
Join for a half day or full day art camp on school's out Wednesdays for ages 6-12 years old! Campers will be instructed in various mediums from painting and pottery to mixed-media, sculpture, printmaking and more. If you child attends for a full day camp (9am-4pm), we will help facilitate any work needing to be completed at lunch time. Register for a half day (9am-noon or 1pm-4pm) for $49, a full day for $79, or get a 10 punch card for $389 good for the 2020-21 school year September through May.

Avon Recreation Center
The Avon Recreation Center is a Colorado State Licensed Child Care Program. We currently offer After School four days a week and 5th Day Wednesday programming for Avon Elementary School students. We serve children ages 5-11 years old and encompass a broad range of activities in a safe environment following all current Eagle County Environmental Health COVID-19 guidelines. Programming activities include academic support, arts, sports, structured and unstructured play. Swimming at Avon Rec, academic time built into schedule, afternoon snack provided. Please bring a packed lunch, water bottle, morning snack, towel and arrive in a swimsuit.Age Group: Elementary (5-11)

Celebrate The Beat
Beginning September 16, CTB will offer inspiring and uplifting live Zoom classes to all students grades 3-8 in participating schools every Wednesday from 11:30-12:15 pm. The CTB Artistic Team will lead a unique and interactive experience each week with a rotating schedule including dance, music, yoga, fit challenges and guest teaching artists from around the country! Eagle Climbing + Fitness

Send your kids to us for a fun filled day including climbing, slacklining, yoga, obstacle courses, academic time, games, fun and lots of learning new skills! Valley’s Voice “Tu Guia / Your Guide” FREE Tutoring Program
The objective of Tu Guia / Your Guide (a youth-led and adult supported passion project of Valley's Voice which started in May of 2020) is for local high school and college students to tutor elementary aged students from all K-5 schools across Eagle County who may need assistance with their social-emotional learning. The CLUB: Starting in October, middle school CLUB boys will meet every other Wednesday for a 45 minute bike ride. Down valley boys in Eagle and Gypsum will meet at the Eagle Pool and Ice Rink. Girl PowHER Lunch Club: Weekly on Wednesdays 11-1pm. September 2020- May 2021
Girls in 8th grade and older will meet on Wednesdays at The Youth Center in Edwards for a girls’ only lunch club. We will chat over food and yummy snacks and discuss anything that’s on your mind. We will find collaboration and comradery together. There will also be volunteer and service opportunities, as well as adventure activities throughout the year.
