Effective programs create a welcoming school environment for families of all language and cultural groups, where bilingualism is valued and there is a sense of belonging for all students and their families. Resources below can help schools communicate easier with families.

Schools are required to provide information to parents in a language they can understand. - Title VI of the Civil Rights Act (1964) & ELPA
