At Eagle County School District, we believe that great educators are foundational to a great education system. Our Instruction Department engages new hires through recruiting efforts; supports educators; provides professional development to foster growth in our staff; and offers opportunities to build leadership capacity, deepen content knowledge, and enrich pedagogy.
The Instruction Dept. works to not only recruit the best educators, but also support them and help them be successful when they're here.
In addition to actively filling our open positions, we regularly attend recruitment fairs and events across the country to find high-quality educators to support our schools.
