CEBT Health & Wellness Center | An affordable and convenient primary care option, including care for common illnesses and injuries, as well as a full range of health assessment, coaching, and disease management services.
Colorado Mountain College Tuition Waiver | Up to five credits per semester of 100 and 200 level courses.
Dependent Care Account | Put money aside for dependent care for children up to age 13, a disabled dependent of any age, or a disabled spouse.

Discounted Ski Pass | In mid- to late-October, staff are informed of the Vail Resorts pass discount for the year.
Flexible Spending Account | Budget and save for qualified medical expenses incurred over the course of the plan year. Dollars invested in an FSA are tax-free, and the entire election amount is available on the first day of the plan year.
Health Plan | Medical, Prescription, Vision and Dental insurance coverage for employees, their spouses, and their children. Colorado Employers Benefit Trust (CEBT) is our insurance provider, and UMR is our third-party plan administrator.

Hospital Reimbursement Plan | For those not enrolled in the district's health plan, a supplemental benefit to help cover un-reimbursable eligible medical expenses at no cost to the employee.

Paid Holidays | Ten/eleven paid holidays observed during the employee's work scheduled, dependent upon job role.
