Welcome to the EVHS Student Services Department! Español
Our department's mission is to empower all students to reach their full potential. We aim to empower all students as lifelong learners through different services including: group and individual counseling, innovative and challenging classroom curriculum, academic, career and college planning, crisis intervention, and student and family advocacy. Our goal is to assist all students in becoming responsible, independent, holistic, and productive members of their school community and society who are prepared emotionally, intellectually and physically for the demands of today and the future.
We have a vision to provide a comprehensive school counseling program to facilitate all students achieving their individual academic, career, and social-emotional goals. As guided by the American School Counselor Association National Model, the ultimate objective is to help students become self-aware and strengthen their unique capabilities to enable them to grow into responsible, productive citizens for our global society.
If you have any questions regarding what the EVHS Counselors or our College & Career Coordinator can do for your student, please request an appointment. Our department also has a full-time School Psychologist on staff; please see your student's counselor if you're interested in a referral.
